In the pats years, as people talked about gay, they could show discrimination as well as criticism at once, even in developed countries. Actually, in many developing and undeveloped countries and regions, normal people still hold the same attitude toward gays. However, in some relatively open countries, gays are gradually accepted by the public. On the 5th January 2010, the Mayor of Houston, a gay known by people assumed office. Mr. President, Obama has also announced to abolish the law where gays are not allowed to join the army. On the 15th January 2010, the vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs from Germany publicly took his gay partner to visit China. In many regions, gays are also allowed to get married by laws. In a word, gays nowadays have much better living environment than before. In the past, most gays were shameful to appear before public so they had no choice and could just go to gay bars to relax themselves as often as possible. Therefore, various gay bars have emerged on after another, catering for those isolated gays’ need. Today, the situation has changed. Gays could obtain more and more tolerance and understanding so they can show themselves in public. In such case, many gay bars have to close doors due to financial loss.
From San Francisco to Pittsburgh, from Boston to Nashville, more and more gay bars have gone bankrupt in recent years due to great loss. Actually, the phenomenon has also occurred in other regions besides America. At the same time, some Magazines for gays have also been suspended. The recession of gay bars in a large number is inevitable, caused by various factors. Generally speaking, gay bars’ closing down can be contributed to following five reasons. First, the economy all over the world is suffering from recession and the real economy in America is seriously affected. Naturally, gay bars’ business is also in trouble. Second, economic recession directly results in people’s consumptive attitude including gays’. More and more people choose savings instead of consumption. Therefore, few and few people go to travel and go to bars for relaxation. Third, gays have more and more space for survival as well as entertainment. Many ordinal bars have provided service to gays so they can have more choices. Fourth, in the past, gays bars were the major places where gays could obtain friends and partners. Nowadays, they can find friends and partners from internet. Fifth, the main avenue of gay bars mainly came from wine and drinks or support from gays in the past. However, as the nationwide economy is suffering from recession, it is difficult to find supporters who have great income. Although the number of gay bars is suffering rapid decreasing, we can not be sure that they will disappear within the following years. As we look back in history, gay bars have played an important role in the society. The 21st century is the age when cultural heritage should be fully protected, displayed and advocated and gay bars with dozens of years’ history or more are completely qualified to apply for financial support from the government and social organizations.

Classified ads, as the name implies, are those advertisements which are classified according to their contents. In addition, classified ads are quite short. Classified ads, the outcome of development of the newspaper industry, first appeared in western countries. Next, classified ads developed fast due to rapid growth of newspaper industry. In America, classified ads have ever been the major media from which Americans could get enough information. In the past years, revenue created by classified ads has taken up about 35% of the total income of newspaper advertisements. As for various local newspaper, income provided by classified ads ranked the first place. As a special category of newspaper, classified ads have not only brought great revenue but also more newspaper readers. The media giant, Mr. Murdoch ever compared classified ads as “The River of Gold”. However, the “River” is suffering from drying up now. According to ERE Media Inc’s survey for 350 advertising clients in 2006, 33% questionnaire showed that clients invested less for classified ads in 2005 than that in 2004. Only 20% clients expressed that they would increase the investment while 43% clients said that they would decrease investment for classified ads. The data mentioned above has displayed that classified ads are gradually losing the advantage.
At present, on one hand, websites of classified ads are developing fast and people are allowed to publish ads for free on those websites. In such circumstance, they are quite popular and many ads clients of newspaper have paid attention to these websites. Face book, eBay, Monster.com and craigslist and so on are quite popular classified ads websites. On the other hand, economic downturn has resulted in rapid decreasing of classified ads in automobile industry, employment industry and real estate industry which play an important role in the existence and development of classified ads. In order to change the serious situation, many newspaper publishers are adapting new strategies. Mr. Ron Mann works for a newspaper office and says clients often worry about that they could not get satisfactory result after publishing ads. In other words, clients resume great risk. As for the phenomenon, newspaper industry takes measures to reduce the risk resumed by clients, for example, many newspaper publishers have adapted fluctuated ads expense, which means advertisement expense is proportional to sales volume. In addition, newspaper publishers also enhance their marketing means, for example, they cooperated with famous business survey companies which could provide prompt, latest and accurate information. Establishment of brand, products renewing and frequent contact with clients etc are also considered as important means to change the serious situation. Implement of strategies mentioned above, to some degree, has reversed the terrible situation but the whole newspaper industry in America has a long way to go.

Felis lynx, also named lynx, was ever considered as one of the subspecies of bobcat family which contains bobcat, Canadian lynx and Iberian lynx. Nowadays, scientists think that the four animals belong to different species respectively and felis lynx is the largest one among them with body length up to 90cm to 130cm. Felis lynx looks similar with Canadian lynx as well as Iberian lynx. All of them have short tails, relatively sharp and big ears and long hairs like collar on cheeks. Felis lynx looks like cat but it is much more bigger. A felis lynx weighs from 18kg to 32kg. The animal has strong body, relatively long limbs and short tail. There are spots attaching on felis lynx’s body so they can help the animal to hide from view when encountering danger and look for food. The most eye-catching feature of felis lynx lies in black hairs of its ears and the black hairs are about 4cm, similar to feathers of helmet which is used in Peking opera. Felis lynxes do not have obvious gender characteristics. Male felis lynxes are a little bit bigger and heavier than female ones.
Felis lynxes live in shrubs, thick forest and upon rocks and like staying alone. The animal which could endure long time hunger and resist coldness, is good at climbing and swimming. Felis lynxes dot not have fixed nests and they often come out to hunt for food at night. During daytime, they enjoy sunbath on the rock or quietly lie under trees to avoid wind as well rain. Felis lynxes mainly live on various mice, birds and small animals. In the past, people found felis lynxes in most forests of Eurasia continent from east to west. To date, the quantity of the animal has decreased and people only have traced them in some countries located in north part of Europe. In some provinces of China, felis lynxes can also be found.
Felis lynx is a kind of animal with precious fur which is soft with beautiful colors. At the end of 1980s, price of felis lynx’s fur in black market was about 2000RMB in China. Great illegal economic benefit has caused unprecedented disaster to the species. At present, it is hardly to find them in the wild. In fact, felis lynx hunting has begun since the Middle Age. At that time, felis lynx was considered as harmful animal to be killed rampantly in Europe. People not only thought that felis lynx ate livestock but also regarded it as the symbol of devil due to the hairs at ears. Actually, felis lynx is a timid animal which often hides in remote mountainous area to escape human beings’ sudden attack. By the 19th century, felis lynxes in Europe thoroughly died out because of man’s killing. Till 1970s, people recognized that they should import and feed the extinct animal. Nowadays, people can not hunt and kill felis lynx for free but vast habitat for the animal has been destroyed. It seems that people are always killing precious animals in direct or indirect ways.

Chinese three-striped box turtle is also called golden-headed turtle. The head of golden-headed turtle is slender and long and its back is smooth without any scales. Chinese three-striped box turtle has red-brown back as well as black breastplate. The shell of Chinese three-striped box turtle could completely close. Weight and age of sexual maturity of various golden-headed turtles are different due to their sex. Age of sexual maturity of wild female Chinese three-striped box turtles is about 6 to 7 years with weight up to 1250g to 1500g. Age of sexual maturity of male ones ranges from 4 to 5 years and they weigh about 700g to 1000g. If they are fed by people, they can grow faster because of abundant nutrients supply. In such case, the weight of female golden-headed turtle is about 1500g to 2000g and male ones weigh 1000g to 1500g. In the wild environment, Chinese three-striped box turtles mainly live in streams area of mountains and they are fond of sunny and quiet place with clean water. Chinese three-striped box turtles often build nests in shrubs near to streams and they come out at night most of the time. As people feed the animals, they have changed their habit and often come out during daytime. The turtle is a kind of gregarious animal. Doings of Chinese three-striped box turtles depends on temperature of the climate. As the temperature reaches 23℃ to 28℃, golden-headed turtles move around frequently. While the temperature is below 10℃, Chinese three-striped box turtles start hibernation. Chinese three-striped box turtles eat both animals and plants. As for animals, they prefer screw, fish, shrimp, tadpole, small mouse, snail and fly etc. Sometimes, they also eat bananas, pumpkins and roots and leaves of plants.
As for distribution area of Chinese three-striped box turtles, people have traced them in some tropical countries and regions, for example, Vietnam. In addition, they are also found in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and Hong Kong of China. Some people ever found golden-headed turtles alive in markets of various cities in China. In recent years, the quantity of the turtle has decreased rapidly and people rarely see them alive. The following reasons could be attributed to the phenomenon. Firstly, Chinese three-striped box turtles have special economic value. At present, 500g golden-headed turtle can be sold more than 200RMB. Chinese three-striped box turtles are edible and are also used for medicine as well as viewing. People export the animal to other regions by tons. Over hunting has caused serious decreasing of Chinese three-striped box turtles. At present, a grown-up golden-headed turtle can be sold up to 1300 dollars. Secondly, Chinese three-striped box turtles have long lifespan, late sexual maturity as well as low reproductive rate. What is worse, eggs and small ones of the rare turtle have high mortality. In such case, the speed of reproduction of Chinese three-striped box turtles is much slower than that of death. Nowadays, people have taken measures to protect the rare turtle, for example, people in Guangxi province have started to feed golden-headed turtles artificially. Anyhow, it is a good start for Chinese three-striped box turtle protection.

Cheilinus undulatus is the largest coral fish in the word and coral reef in southeast Asia, west Pacific Ocean and Indian Ocean is the origin of the precious animal. The color of cheilinus undulatus is gorgeous and well matches with the color of coral so it is also called coral fish. Cheilinus undulatus is a kind of large fish with the body length of more than 2m. The weight of Cheilinus undulatus is about 190kg and it has lifespan of more than 30 years. There are two kinds of Cheilinus undulatus and they are deep-sea cheilinus undulatus and freshwater ones. Deep-sea cheilinus undulatus may have ciguatoxin in the body. Unlike many animals, cheilinus undulatus can eat various food. Besides fishes, the animal also eat many invertebrates including toxic animals and those with thorns such as urchins, starfish with spine crown, hard scales of fish and sea hares etc. Cheilinus undulatus will not be affected by poison after they eat those toxic animals. However, if people eat cheilinus undulatus without cleaning the toxin inside the body, they would suffer from poisoning. Cheilinus undulatus has various means to catch preys, for example, if the prey hides inside coral reef, it will clamp the target tightly and drag it out.
Cheilinus undulatus has a special feature. A small part of cheilinus undulatus can change their sex although most of them keep the original sex. Cheilinus undulatus is large but it is quite moderate. People even can touch the lovely animal when diving. Therefore, it is not difficult for people to catch them. In past 30 years, the quantity of cheilinus undulatus has decreased by 50% at least. Actually, the animals does not have natural enemy and the natural mortality rate is very low. Experts think that people have killed a large number of cheilinus undulatus as delicious food so the number has decreased rapidly. The flesh of cheilinus undulatus is quite tender and people like it very much. In addition, the quantity of it is not much so cheilinus undulatus of 1kg can be sold at 200$. A plateful of lips can be sold up to 300$. Such great price motivates people to take a risk to catch the previous fish. In fact, in some areas, less than 10 cheilinus undulatus can be found within coral reef of 1 hectare. As people never stop hunting, cheilinus undulatus have been extinct in some regions.
Cheilinus undulatus should not be traded as economic fish. The fish has long lifespan and it has slow sexual maturation. If people hunt them in a large number, they will die out without future generations. Cheilinus undulatus like laying eggs in groups, so people could easily catch all of them at a time. At present, people could not breed cheilinus undulatus artificially and nearly all of them sold at the market are wild ones. Nowadays, cheilinus undulatus has been listed as a endangered animal but illegal trade and hunting still continue. What is more important, people have little knowledge about the current situation of the precious animal.

When people need money, they always to turn to relatives and friends for help and borrow money from them. And some can borrow money from banks through some ways. However, some other people have to choose usurious loan if they cannot get money by the two methods above. Although, they have known that they have to take great risks. Usurious loan nearly can be found in all countries.
In recent years, usurious loan has become a terrible social problem in Japan especially when the financial system entered into a vicious circle. Finally, the elderly housewife could not bear the pressure and threat and committed suicide, leaving the testament of the crimes committed by the shop. Another man, who wanted to set up a company and he borrowed money from a company providing usury could not repay the money because various reasons. At last, his house was taken always by the company.
Economic depression has lashed all aspects of the society in America including people’s normal life especially those who make payments for their houses by installments. More and more American people cannot repay the house loan then they turn to payday loans with very high interest. Some experts said that such kind of loans would bring more risks and some criminal cases therefore occurred.
In China, usurious loan is also common. Many people have lost families even their life because of usurious loans. In order to get drugs, those people have to borrow usurious loans and tragedy occurs consequently.
As for usurious loan, governments in all countries also have taken some pressures but usurious loan could not disappear. Instead, it seems to become more and more. How to solve the problem? Who knows? But we can just try our best to persuade people not to borrow usurious loans.

Whale shark, also called rhincodon typus, is the largest fish in the world at present. Whale shark is a kind of shark but not whale. In Vietnam, whale shark is considered as the God and people call it Ca Ong. Whale sharks in Mexico and most middle American area have spots on the body so they are called pez dama or dimino in local region. Some other whale sharks often appear in Belize Barrier Reef which is near to Sapodilla Cayes so people call them Sapodilla Tom. In Kenya, it is called papa shilingi because people believe that when the God pour shilling on its body, then it has the spots. In Madagascar, people call whale sharks marokintana. In Philippine, people call it butanding. The length of common whale sharks is about 10m but some can be up to 20m. the weight of whale shar is about 10 to15 tons. Whale sharks mainly live in upper part of warm ocean and they are very mild and do not attack human beings. A unconfirmed report demonstrates that even people turn over the body of whale shark to clean the parasite, it will keep still. In addition, people can swim with the mild animal together without any danger. Whale sharks swim not very fast and they often float on the sea to enjoy warm sunshine. But recently, scientists have realized that whale shark is not the animal which swim slowly but it can dive into the deep ocean with high speed like eagles. Plankton, crustaceans, molluscs and small fishes are the delicious food for whale sharks.
Whale sharks almost do not have natural enemies. Human hunting is an important factor for the quantity decrease. Whale shark is a kind of economic fish along coastal regions. The liver can be made of cog liver oil, industrial oil and the material for soap, paint and candles etc. the skin can be made of leather and the fresh, bone and visceral can be made of fish meal. When whale sharks gather in some season, people will hunt them for aquaculture development. Southeast Asia, especially Taiwan, is the main hunting area for whale sharks and people often eat the fresh when they get a whale shark. In Fujian which is near to Taiwan, local fishermen ever hunted a whale shark and it was bought at 85,000 RMB very soon. Then it was killed for selling. In other regions, people do not hunt it deliberately but sometimes also hunt it for mistake. At present, scientists are not able to estimate the quantity in the world but they consider it as endangered animal. Consequently, some countries also formulate some laws to protect whale shark. For example, in Philippine, the government started to forbid commercial hunting, selling and importing and exporting for whale sharks in the year 1998. But in China, the government has not formulated any laws to protect whale shark and the hunting is completely free. Maybe people are lack of survey for whale shark distribution and they think that there is no whale shark in China so law-makers seems to neglect the protection for whale sharks.

More and more shabby houses have been dismantling in big cities in the wake of rapid development in economy and society. Instead, row upon row of high-rise buildings appear one after another. That is really a good sign in China. However, dismantlement of urban housing also brings some social problems including atrocities. Some people have been living in their old houses for some decades and one day, they know that their own houses would be dismantled. Naturally, they are very reluctant to remove from the houses. But real estates developers insist on demolishing the old houses and building skyscrapers. Therefore, conflicts between residents and real estate developers occur. Sometimes, they can not agree with each other and some real estate developers enforce to dismantle houses without caring residents’ safety. Some others even threatened residents and force them to leave their houses which will be dismantled. As for such bad behavior, the government should take some measures and generally speaking, about 9 problems need to be resolved. First, both local government and real estate management sector ought to play an important role for dismantlement. Local government and real estate management sector should review urban construction plan, plan steps of urban development reasonably, guide the real estate sector, monitor private housing demolition charge and correct various problems and so on. If the local government and real estate management sector also directly or indirectly involve in demolition, enclosure etc. for profits, residents’ rights will be destroyed. Second, real estate developers should show good performance for dismantlement. They ought to demolish houses within the laws and negotiate with residents to realize harmonious dismantlement without any atrocities. Otherwise, the residents will be suffered too much. Third, residents should assert their rights for dismantlement. If they do not or can not maintain their rights, they will be completely bullied by real estate developers or even government. Fourth, definition of social and public interests should be very clear. Some local governments and real estate developers dismantle houses in the name of social and public interests. Actually, they just want to seek for high profits. Fifth, residents should know the legal relationship between local government and themselves. As for dismantlement, government should offer reasonable house or currency compensation according to laws. Actually, some governments often give irrational compensation and residents will be in trouble. Sixth, real estate developers are prone to perform illegal activities for dismantlement. They collude with local government without caring residents’ interests and even atrocities can be reported. Seventh, real estate developers should hold license for dismantlement. Many real estate developers give bribe to government officials and start demolition without license. Eighth, all details about dismantlement should be public to residents. Otherwise, conflicts will happen because residents have not prepared enough. Ninth, agreements between residents and real estate developers should be the same as those of announcement for dismantlement. Residents should care too much about agreements which are very important. Otherwise, they will be cheated by cunning real estate developers. After the 9 problems are solved perfectly, dismantlement will be good for social and economic development.
