Japan has stated they are doing Whale research in killing these poor creatures. Well, what exactly are they researching? What journals have come out of Japan on Whales? What new theories do they have to offer? Why are we kept in the dark?
Or is it just a smoke screen? A feast in the name of research?
This one just makes me so angry I could spit fire! How fair is it to always give the children to the mother? How fair is it to never give joint custody? Georgia is one of those states. They don’t believe in Joint Custody. They listened to some psychologist who says it is better for children if they stay with one parent. Don’t they miss the other parent, how is it fair for the other parent? Why do they always choose the mother? Again they listened to psychologists that say that children do better with the mother. You fight a losing battle if you get divorced. Not only do they want you to give up 50% or more of your savings to the wife but give all your kids to them as well and only grant you 4 days a month visitation. How in the hell is that fair? Come on!
China hit it square on the nose, if you have 2 kids, one child goes to one parent and one goes to another. That is MUCH fairer than give them all to the mother.
Plus if the primary custodial parent wants to move far away from the other parent or even to another country due to “making a living” they have that right!!!!!!
This one just gets me so angry at America. I really wish lawmakers would change this law! That is the reason behind this website. So, I could raise enough money to bribe my ex-wife to let me see the kids. So, I will be submitting educational videos, software and books for free and asking for donations. Part of the donations will go towards causes on this website.
Have you seen those big smoke stacks blowing out pollution? Did you know they make air filters for those smoke stacks? Do you think any of them use it? Why? Don’t want to waste any money! I mean why waste money that could go out for for bonuses just to save the environment. I mean what help would it be if we did it and no one else did it? Doesn’t everyone have to do it, to make a difference? Is this the way businesses think? Does everything have to be connected to the bottom line? What about the public image? Can’t they say “Hey, we are a green – compliant company, we use air filters in smoke stacks thus reducing polution 90%, come buy from us”?
There needs to be incentives for companies to be green-compliant. How else will we survive?
I hear arguements about Chocolate lovers and Coffee Drinkers needing to stop deforestation because it is the forests, more specifically the rainforests that produce the chocolate we eat and the Coffee that people drink. My question is, it seems that the Chocolate making companies and the Coffee Companies would have more to lose. Why don’t they buy up big plantations and help save the rainforests? If the rainforests are gone, yes we lose our Chocolate and coffee and possible cancer fighting drugs but they will lose the entire company. So, it seems we all need to do something. I just think that the companies have bigger pockets and more weight to throw around than us little guys. Agree?
I just cannot see how they can justify that? Yes, people want to make a living but my goodness there has to be limits. What do they do with all of this fur? Why don’t they eat the seal also? Why not try to sell the meat of the seals to avoid waste? Do they really sell enough seal fur products to justify the killing of all these animals? The idea of killing baby anythings is heartbreaking to me.
The way I see it, since NOT every politician is for this embargo then there is NOT clear evidence that Cuba has done something wrong to deserve this. If they clearly deserved this then every politician would be for this embargo, am I not correct? Maybe I am missing something? Why isn’t this like in a court, it has to be unanimous before you are found guilty?
We now have oil tankers with dual hulls but they don’t make all of them have it because too much money. They could have another boat in front dragging lines or something to make sure the tanker behind it won’t hit anything, but again too much money.
There really is absolutely no reason for an oil spill!
Why can’t we make these companies use dual hull barges and make them use a second boat to make sure that it won’t hit anything? Am I missing something is there really another reason why a tanker should ever spill oil?
